As I sit here reminiscing about the past, I can’t help but smile, all thanks to the infectious energy of my now 8-year-old son who has a knack for injecting life with a playful attitude. It’s amazing how children can inspire us to embrace the joy in the simplest of things.
Cast your mind back to 2009, a year that marked my entry into the world of Facebook.
Little did I know that it would become a digital labyrinth, often leaving me lost in its endless corridors.
At some point, I even contemplated bidding farewell to Facebook, a decision I now look back on with a hint of longing. Perhaps my life would have taken a different, and dare I say, better path.
But life is about learning, and regrets serve only as lessons in disguise.
Today I find myself on the cusp of transformation, correcting and reshaping my behaviors, breaking old habits and forming new ones, and most importantly, finding my focus.
My passion for photography, which had lain dormant for far too long, is rekindling. The camera is beckoning, urging me to capture moments frozen in time. My lens yearns for the art of still photography.
Stay tuned as I prepare to breathe life into my Redbubble photography gallery once more. In the meantime, journey through my photographic archives on Flickr.com, a treasure trove of memories waiting to be explored.
Life may be a winding road, but sometimes, it takes a playful nudge from a child to set us on the right path.
Talking paths, my Super73 has been out of action due to a dead battery. I aim to remedy that in 2024. More on that as I find time and funds.
