During last weekend’s visit to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary (near Brisbane, QLD, Australia) we had the good fortune to see a baby koala being nursed by its sleeping mother.
Thankfully their sleep-trees have their gum-leaf dinner placed high enough off the ground – The board-walk through the treeline enabled both gawkers and photographers to successfully find, shoot and stare at these adorable Australian animals as they slept through the warm afternoon.
There were a lot of different Australian mammals and marsupials available to photograph, but the best posers for portrait and body photography were the Koalas – as the photograph below will testify!
Now that I have uploaded my favourite and interesting photographs, you are welcome to view all my photographs shot throughout our six hour visit to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
