Way back in 2012 I was saying I wanted this lens – the Canon EF 24-70mm f2.8 L II USM. Five years on, I now need the lens. I should have purchased it when I could afford it!
Whilst I have many decent lenses, the 24-70mm would and could easily replace them all.
With my photography business making a come back after many years pushed to one side, this lens would be a blessing.
All reviews indicate that this formidable lens is sharp from 24mm to 70mm, and is an ideal everyday lens with your full-frame Canon DSLR. Oh, this would make my decade!
UPDATE: In 2021 my amazing wife purchased me the Tamon 18-400mm lens. This has become my everyday lens, because it fits perfectly on both my Canon 7D and my Canon EOS M cameras!
