As promised, here are the few portrait shots captured both before and during this years Adelaide Christmas pageant.
The pageant runs through the Adelaide every year on the first weekend of November, regardless of the weather. Last year was a stinking hot day, but this year we had a smattering of rain with intermittent sunshine. My raincoat was removed twice before I finally gave up.
Thankfully the costume-covered participants survived this year’s erratic weather, keeping their smiles, colourful clothes and friendly attitude throughout the journey around the city. Kids were kept happy!

I shot many couples also walking along the route of the Pageant. Yep, that’s right, I will show you them tomorrow night!
