Generation Gap

I heard an interesting quote today from a female in her 20’s.

“We’re not stupid, we just don’t produce. We are generation-Z.”

It took me a minute to comprehend what she might have meant by this, and came to this conclusion:

The current generation of younglings are too young to breed, therefore are not adding to the global community.

Tthey have missed the entrepreneurial years of creating work off the land, thus are in jobs that administer the regulators of the industrial generation.

Am I right, or do you interpret this quote another way?
