Whilst my wife and kids were off-island taking a (working-)holiday, I found myself craving the kind of food I used to indulge food had in my single days – bold, hearty flavours that pack a punch. After taking a look at the interior of our fridge, I decided to cook up a dinner similar to the meals I had when I was a single man (long long ago)! Which meant visiting the local supermarket to buy a few items, some of which we rarely purchase as ourson’s haven’t yet developed a palette for them.
Upon getting home, I had an idea: I asked Chat-GPT to design a recipe that includes the purchased food, plus the whiskey and herbs I already had. The following is the result with just a few slight modifications. Let’s dig into the details and get this beauty on the grill.
