Sometimes we take our spouses for granted, believing they will always be there, that there care will be constant, that there attention is always going to be on you, and they will always be at our side.
But sometimes us men forget to return the favor. We forget to tell them our love is unconditional, our eyes are only for them, and we will lead them out of danger, follow their experienced instruction, and be at their side though hell and high water, through the good times and the bad times, so long as we live. Yep, like it says in our vows.
Because we are men, it takes time to put the words together. Because we are men, sometimes we can’t find these words. Because we are men, sometimes we don’t know how to say these words. Because we are men, sometimes we often forget to say these words.
