There’s a valid and great reason why I don’t blog as often: I am vlogging again.
Living on Kangaroo Island has given me new inspiration, subjects and time.
Admittedly, some of my attempts are not so perfect, yet I am having so much fun learning new facets of the software I use, plus the limitations of my camera and how I can use that to my advantage.
Earlier this evening (9.May.2017) I was handed an opportunity to try my hand at night-photography. There were Fireworks at the Kingscote Football Oval. I have no idea why. Thankfully I decided to go despite the cold weather – It was a grand evening!
Once the six minute sky-display was completed, I decided to use the footage to determine how fast I could edit and upload the result without impacting the quality.

Camera: I used a Canon EF-M 22mm f1:2 STM lens on my Canon EOS-M1.
