Entrepreneurial Signs in Adelaide

I found these two signs – one hand-drawn on the glass, the other a sign on the inside of the window – in an alley between Currie and Hindley Street in the Adelaide CBD.

The first one reads: ARE YOU A FREELANCER, ENTREPRENEUR, OR RUN YOUR OWN SMALL BUSINESS?? CONNECT WITH HUB

The second one reads:
IF IT’S NOT FUN, DON’T DO IT HERE.
THE FUTURE OF WORK IS HERE. ARE YOU IN?

I never went in, but I did enjoy watching the progress from outside.
