Top Shot #1, Jan 2010

I’ve got a new project: Choose two great shots each month of the year out of my Flickr gallery. I’ll choose each of them at the end of each fortnight (or thereabouts).

I’ve shot a lot of photographs already this month, but this is my favourite:

… in the sand at Emu Bay, Kangaroo Island. Whilst kids twice her age were learning to swim in the ocean, my niece used her plasticware to make this castle.

I’m already looking forward to see what I choose next fortnight. I hope it is a portrait photograph!
