This small series of eroding stone face was found here in the Adelaide hills yesterday morning. A long and wide section of the hillside has been eroded right back to the rock due to Council working on a new fire-track further up the hill. All rainwater runs down the road down to a concrete outlet that flows down into the valley – thus producing this amazing solid stone carving.
